Accessibility Statement

What we aim for

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA. Accessibility was designed in rather than added afterwards, and it is checked whenever we change a page.

What is in place

Contrast. Body text and interface labels are measured against their real backgrounds — including text over photographs — and meet or exceed the AA ratio. Colour is never the only way information is conveyed: lot status carries a word as well as a colour.

Keyboard. Every link, button, filter, map marker and form field can be reached and operated by keyboard, in a logical order, with a visible focus outline. A skip link jumps straight to the main content.

Screen readers. Headings are properly nested, images carry descriptive alternative text, the price list is a real data table, and interactive controls report their state.

Motion. If your device asks for reduced motion, animations and scroll effects are switched off and content appears immediately.

Zoom and touch. The site reflows to 200% zoom without loss of content, and touch targets on phones are at least 44 pixels.

Known limitations

The interactive lot plan is a visual map. Every lot on it is also listed in the price table below it, with the same area, price and status, so no information is available only on the map — but the spatial relationship between lots is inherently visual. If you would like a lot described to you in words, or the documents read over the phone, ask us.

Embedded third-party content, such as a virtual tour, is not fully under our control and may not meet the same standard.
