This website is information, not an offer

Everything here — prices, lot areas, maps, availability, build costs and the calculator — is published in good faith to help you decide whether to look further. None of it is a binding offer, a reservation, or a contract. Availability changes, and a figure on a web page does not commit either of us.

Nothing on this site is investment advice. Land values can fall as well as rise. Any rental figure you generate in the calculator uses assumptions that you choose, and is an illustration of arithmetic — not a projection, forecast or promise of income.

Do your own due diligence

We will give you the plano catastrado, the Registro Nacional report and the land-use certificate for any lot you are considering, and we encourage you to have an independent Costa Rican lawyer verify all of it. Do not rely on this website, or on us, as your only source. Never transfer money without your own lawyer’s written confirmation of who is receiving it and why.

Accuracy and changes

We correct errors when we find them and we mark clearly where a fact is still to be confirmed. Areas are taken from the surveyed plan; where a figure here differs from the registered documents, the registered documents govern. Prices are in United States dollars and may change without notice.

Renders and floor plans of houses are artist’s impressions of designs that may be built. They are not photographs of existing buildings, and finishes may differ.

Intellectual property

The text, photography, plans, brand marks and design of this website belong to us or to our licensors. You may read, print and share pages for your own purposes. You may not republish the photography or plans commercially, or present this development as your own listing, without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica, and any dispute about the website itself falls to the Costa Rican courts. Rights you hold as a consumer under the law of your own country are unaffected.
